"Henry is a caring, detail-oriented educator who focuses on wholistic and long-term improvement of movement. During my first visit with Henry, he started by listening to my personal assessment of my mobility along with my short term and long term goals. He then thoroughly evaluated me by watching carefully as I went through a series of exercises without any correction. I was surprised by how many motions I not able to perform with good balance, posture, and control. My first visit ended with Henry giving me a summary of the biggest hindrances to my mobility and teaching me stretching and strengthening exercises to perform at home. Since my first visit, I’ve regularly visited Henry twice a week, and each visit is packed with helpful tips and exercises that get more advanced as my motor control improves.
